PROCESS
Working with us is designed to feel simple, supportive, and structured.
Here is what you can expect:
Step 1: Discovery
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and vision. This helps us determine if coaching or training is the right fit.
Step 2: Proposal
Based on your needs, I create a customized plan — whether that is one-on-one coaching, team coaching, workshops, or a blend. You will see clear objectives and outcomes.
Step 3: Engagement Kick-Off
We begin our work together with clarity. Each engagement starts with agreed-upon goals, tools (like DiSC®, The Five Behaviors®, or the Verbal 360), and measures of success.
Step 4: Coaching & Learning Journey
This is where the transformation happens. Through virtual or in-person sessions, workshops, or facilitated team experiences, we focus on real-world application and practical results.
Step 5: Review & Next Steps
We assess progress, celebrate wins, and identify next-level goals. Many clients choose to continue growing with ongoing coaching or advanced programs.

Pricing
We offer different packages depending on the service: executive coaching, team coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements. Each package is tailored to scope and outcomes, and pricing is always discussed upfront.
Executive & Leadership Coaching: Offered as custom engagement packages usually for 6 or 12 months with options to add on assessments.
Team Coaching & Workshops: Custom proposals based on team size, session length, and objectives.
Speaking Engagements: Flat rates with adjustments for travel or customization.
